All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3. Payment
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.
4. Shipping
– Processing times: typically 1-3 days; orders are processed by our warehouse M-F 9am-4pm EST
– Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier; typically 3-5 days
– We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
5. Returns & Refunds
– Returns are subject to a $35 USD per item restocking fee*
– Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
– Items must be unused and in original condition
– Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
*ShadeSplash cooler decals are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@shadespots.com within 3 days of delivery or expected delivery as applicable.
